Why am I not getting access to the design editor?

BrushKite design editor is available to BrushKite Pro plan users. In case your subscription plan has ended, you won't be able to access the design editor. You can subscribe again.

BrushKite Free plan users get a 7-day free trial access, and once your free trial period is over, you won't get access to the design editor. You can upgrade to the BrushKite Pro plan anytime.

How to change my BrushKite subscription?

You can alter your subscription by your account Settings page and choose your plan on the 'Subscription' tab.

How to change/reset password?

You can reset your password by going to BrushKite Sign in page and click the 'Forgot password' link. BrushKite application will ask you to enter your email id and a new password, once you submit this info, BrushKite application will send you a 'verification code' to the given email.

You need to copy the verification code and enter in 'Verify Email Address'. Once verified, you can complete the remaining sign up process to activate your account.

How to update profile details?

You can update your account /profile details by going to your Settings page and choose 'Accounts' tab. You can upload your profile photo, name, mobile number and your business name. Not all details are mandatory.

How to change email id?

You can't change email id on the 'Accounts' section, as your email id is associated with your payment details.

How to change my payment card details?

You can change your card details as many times as you want to. To change card details, go to your Settings page and choose the 'Billing' tab. You can update your card details here. BrushKite payment processing is powered by Stripe payment gateway (and Explara payment gateway).

How to download my payment invoice?

You can download your subscription payment to BrushKite in your Settings page. Click the 'Billing' tab to 'Download Invoice'.
